              Text Box: This building is a high security, 33,000 square foot facility that houses the 911 emergency call answering center for the Indianapolis/Marion County Indiana fire and sheriff departments.  The facility also includes an underground, atomic blast hardened FEMA center for the City of Indianapolis, and a two bay service center for emergency vehicle radio systems.
Architect of record was James Associates of Indianapolis.  While serving as a Senior Project Architect at James Associates, Jim McKibben of McKIBBEN ARCHITECTS, LLC, functioned as the Project Architect for this project
