             Text Box: Perry and Sandy Stancil raised their children in this classic southern farm home and wanted to completely upgrade and modernize this beautiful old home for their retirement.   The extensive scope of work included new roof, new windows, new exterior paint, new kitchen, new mechanical systems, upgraded Master Bedroom suite and providing more open and expansive family areas.  An existing screened porch was completely reconstructed to provide an outdoor extension of the new interior family space.  Classic fireplace mantles were salvaged and relocated.  Existing porches were enclosed and incorporated into the new interior space layout as closets, bathroom and laundry room.
